Charming beach house on a private street just 1 block from Seacliff and Rio Del Mar beaches. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a large bonus room, there's space for everyone. The roomy kitchen was completely remodeled in 2019 and new 6-person hot tub added in 2021. Close to everything, but away from the crowds, this is the perfect place for a getaway - BBQ on the main deck or soak up the sun on the roof deck.
