2. No smoking or drug use of any kind is allowed in the condo. An additional cleaning fee could be incurred.

3. Please take out trash when bag is full and put in trash bin located in the hallway. (A limited number of trash bags will be provided.)

4. Keep all linens in unit, they belong to the owner (do not place in laundry shoot). A replacement cost will be assessed if linens are unaccounted for.

5. Check-out is promptly at 11am. If you are still in the unit when the cleaning crew arrives, you will be charged for another day. There are no early check-ins or late check-outs.

6. If condo is left unusually dirty or trash or food is strewn about, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

1. By renting this condo, you agree to discard all leftover food in a trash bag, and place all trash bags in trash bins located on each floor, wash your dirty dishes, and wipe down surfaces prior to departure. Return all "house" key cards. There is absolutely NO smoking inside of the condo. If you smoke outside, please remove all cigarette butts or a fee may be assessed. The expectation is that ALL guests will be respectful of the property and other resort guests. Thank you!

Judy's place was great! It was an awesome location and perfect for our activities that weekend. The room was clean and checkin was easy. she was even able to accommodate our early checkin.

The place was really nice, close to the airport and right at the beach. It was a bit further out (30-minute walk) from what seemed like the most lively 'entertainment' area with bars and restaurants, but there were still loads of restaurants on the way to that area or if you have a car that would not be an issue at all. If you wanted to cook at the place it is possible with what is provided at the flat and there is a food shop about a 7-minute walk from the place. The place was clean, beds were really comfortable, had a lovely balcony with a view of the town and the beach. Judy was fast to reply and really clear.

This was a great place for the cost! It had everything we needed for a long weekend at the beach. Judy was fast at getting back to us on any questions, and let us check in early! Thank you for a great place to stay, we were fortunate enough for a great weekend! I would recommend to anyone.

There was a stale smoke smell only in the bathroom but there are chairs and an umbrella for the beach! Also the beds are kinda loud

This place is very affordable and is right on the beach, which was nice. Judy had a lot of amentities that we weren't expecting so that was a nice surprise. The only issues that we had were a limited amount of towels, so you should bring your own. And we had to kill a cockroach one of the nights. Other than a couple of hiccups, the trip was great! Recommended.
