We are located in Sea View Circle subdivision, an established residential neighborhood, on the slopes of Mt. Hualalai in Kailua Kona. The one bedroom apartment is private with its own entrance and is on the lower floor of a 3 bedroom, 2-1//2 bath home. Parking is available down the driveway in the carport or on the street. Enjoy the spectacular Kona coastline views from the patio.
Enjoy your favorite TV shows on a Samsung UHD TV. Kitchen appliances include full size refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave oven, coffee grinder, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, dual hot plate, blender, toaster and garbage disposal. There is a built in water filter system for drinking water. Guests have full use of a large Weber barbecue on the patio.

Halemakai is less than 10 minutes by car from beaches, supermarkets, shopping and restaurants. Beach equipment is provided and includes snorkeling equipment, fins, masks, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, coolers and towels. Thank you for rinsing off beach sand and salt water before entering the apartment.
Upon your arrival we provide a complimentary welcome basket of assorted island favorites including Mauna Loa Macadamia Nuts, Paradise Delights Chocolates, Mrs. Barry’s Kona Cookies and pop corn. Prepare your own Wakefield's 100% medium dark roast Kona Coffee to start the day! We supply the coffee beans and grinder -- you do the rest!
Two property service providers, a gardener and a maintenance man, visit Halemakai on Tuesday’s between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
