We have excellent walking and cycling from site. The Pennine way is a field away, two disused railway lines, Lambley viaduct and riverside walks. In the heart of the North of England you will find our accommodation set within an area of outstanding natural beauty. The rooms we offer have been designed with the explorer in mind, to use a base to explore the local surrounding area, the Lake District, Northumberland and Durham. We have had guests walking the Isaacs Tea Trail as well as cyclists doing the C2C. After a long day exploring the local area return to refresh yourself in our spacious bathroom complete with underfloor heating.

Newly built for 2024, the spa area forms the entrance to the property featuring 2 seat hot tub, rainwater shower and feature original stone wall with lantern roof window. This beautiful hideaway is completely hidden from view, overlooking rolling velvet farmland of the North Pennines area of outstanding natural beauty and has been refurbished to an extremely high standard with attention to design and detail.
