‘Off Broadway' studio is a modern & well appointed one-bedroom studio. A private deck to soak up the sun, then retreat to a spacious studio inclusive of reading nook, fridge, TV (with Netflix) & free Wi-Fi. The studio includes a bathroom with a luxurious rain shower & boutique Ena body/hair products for your personal use. The studio located in our garden includes your own private entrance & off-street car parking. Premium locally made muesli is provided along with T2 tea and Lavazza coffee.

After a leisurely or busy day out, our apartment offers superb accommodation with wonderful views over Port Phillip bay - inside and out! Dining has never been more delightful than on the deck overlooking the bay.

Our Casa Rosebud is fully equipped with everything you need for your relaxing holiday! Under no circumstances are any parties or gatherings to be thrown at this property. NO UNDER 25’s & NO SCHOOLIES! We are located walking distance to the beach and a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the Rosebud pier. Our house has 5 split systems, one located in each bedroom and in the living area to keep you cool in the summer months, and warm in the winter.
