Het huisje heeft een slaapbank, tweepersoonsbed, complete keuken met o.a. kookplaat, oven, vaatwasser en een luxe badkamer. Buiten groot terras aan het water met eettafel en loungeset, alles voor eigen gebruik. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Prachtige woning midden in de natuur en tegelijkertijd op fietsafstand van het historische centrum van Leiden, de oudste universiteitsstad van Nederland. De omgeving biedt ruime mogelijkheden voor uitgebreide fietsroutes. Daarnaast bevindt zich op loopafstand (800m) een brasserie waar je heerlijk kan lunchen en dineren. Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

Vanuit het raam van de bovenverdieping van de gerenoveerde schuur, welke is gelegen naast onze boerderij, kijkt u op de Cabauwse molen en als u geluk heeft broed de ooievaar aan de overkant. Aan de Kaai ligt in (Cabauw/Lopik) op de grens van provincie Utrecht en Zuid Holland. Midden in het Groene Hart van de Utrechtse Waarden en de Krimpenerwaard

Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands! Come and stay at our cosy *tiny house* in our beautiful city of Nootdorp / The Hague. From our Town house you are in the city centre of the hague in 10 minutes by tram/train or car.. The train/tram station is very close by and 2 bicycles are included. Even Delft / The beach Scheveningen/ Leiden or The mall of The Netherlands are easy to get to.. Brugwachtershuisje Wijkerbrug

Geniet van dit monumentale huisje gelegen aan de Vliet, direct naast de brug. Het huisje is het woongedeelte van een voormalige boerderij, jarenlang gebruikt als brugwachters post. De brug wordt nu op afstand bediend, daarmee verloor het huisje haar functie. Nu is het een heerlijke en prachtige plek geworden om te genieten van het leven aan het water. Vanuit het huisje heeft u ruim uitzicht over de Vliet
