Das Haus hat direkten Wasserzugang . Das Wasser lädt zum Baden und Erholen ein und ist ideal für Wassersportler. Zwei der saubersten und klarsten Seen von Brandenburg , der Kalksee und Stienitzsee befinden sich je in der Umgebung . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten , Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind fußläufig . Zum Alexanderplatz nach Berlin kommt man bequem mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln 35-40 Min. , mit dem Auto sind es ca 20 Min. Boots- und Kanuverleih in der Nähe des Ferienhauses.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

Ferien am kleinen Stienitzsee

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. OG unseres Zweifamilienhauses. Wir bewohnen die untere Wohnung und haben einen großen Garten der im Sommer gerne nach Absprache zum relaxen und grillen genutzt werden kann. Unsere 5 Hühner lieferm meist so viele Eier, das wir gerne welche abgeben könnten. Der Blick nach Norden geht auf den kleinen Stienitzsee. Unweit unseres Gartens befindet sich eine öffentliche Badestelle am kleinen Stienitzsee in der Seestraße.
