Explore FOROF’s multisensory art installation designed around an important archeological site in central Rome. • Begin with a screening of Optimus Princeps, a documentary made by journalist Andrea Purgatori for FOROF about Trajan, one of Rome’s greatest emperors. • Descend into the basement to admire the remains of the Basilica Ulpia, and explore a site-specific contemporary art installation inspired by this archaeological find. • I’ll introduce you to four unique fragrances—rose, amber, incense, and saffron—created by master perfumer Laura Bosetti Tonatto to evoke the time of Emperor Trajan. Ofereço 3 passeios a pé (não entramos em nenhum local que exija ingresso) e cada um deles possui percursos e horários diferentes. Veja o percurso e o horário de cada um mais abaixo na página e escolha aquele que preferir. Em relação ao custo, este é um passeio guiado a pé e, geralmente, este tipo de passeio é baseado em gorjetas, portanto no final da experiência, aceito aquilo que você estiver disposto a deixar. Em relação ao ponto de encontro, cada passeio possui o seu próprio local de partida, podendo não ser o mesmo. However, it was once a place of execution, and reminders of this still stand - hear the tale of Giordano Bruno, one of Italy's greatest minds who got on the wrong side of the Church. Then we stroll through the backstreets, arriving at one of the oldest bridges, which is haunted by one of Rome's most infamous characters. Strolling down a medieval street, we come to a unique church, home to a mysterious order of monks with a rather macabre task. From here, we reach the site of one of the world's most notorious historical prisons, then pass the tomb of the notorious Borgia Pope, before arriving at the home of an infamous poisoner. Soon, we reach Castel Sant'Angelo, where we talk about one of Rome's most famous executions, which the city's people didn't want - the Cenci family. Altogether, it's a fascinating alternative look at Roman history. It's an easy walk, lasting about 2 hours. We end close to some nice bars and restaurants.
