Starting at Central Market, where we will try a typical snack, we are going to conquer one of the most beautiful castles in Spain in front of the sea which has more than 1000 years of history. We will descend to the historic center enjoying the most important monuments and discovering the seven secrets. Let us surprise you with the beauty of my hometown and with countless anecdotes, history, legends and intrigue. Finally we will visit a terrace in a bar run by my childhood friend, located in a historic location, and you will be able to taste my favourite typical snacks as well as a typical Spanish drink! WHAT'S INCLUDED: 1 bottle of water, typical snack at Central Market , shuttle bus transfer to the top of the castle (5 min trip), guided tour and free entrances to all the monuments/museums that we are going to visit, and special snack and one drink (alcoholic or not) at one of the best locations in Alicante. Other things to note We will walk approximately 2 kilometers and there are some stairs. Morning bookings, starting until 14:30, we will taste the central market´s snacks inside of the market. Afternoon bookings, the snacks will be offered at the spots outside of the market, because inside only opens morning time.

Luego pasaremos el tiempo nadando a través de las aguas transparentes y medicinales de las aguas termales, donde podremos explorar cuevas y cavernas, aprender sobre las leyendas y relajarnos. We will meet at Paseo de Alameda 38 ( in front of Restaurante Valencia Pilsener) where every participant, adult or kid, will be equipped properly with a nice bike. From that point, we´ll head towards Albufera National Park through several beaches and sand dunes to the lake where we'll take a break and snap some photos. On the way back we'll stop at an authentic restaurant to have a taste of Valencia with dishes including paellas and seafood among others. After lunch, we could hopefully return happy and safe to the bike rental to finish the experience.

We will meet at the Ruzafa market (in the outer door of the brown part) two minutes from LaLlarga. Among its stalls full of fresh products and people we will learn together from Ramon, official guide of the town hall, how to buy the best products for our paella. LaLlarga is just 3 minutes walk in a pleasant walk through the streets of the most bohemian neighborhood of Valencia. The place was an old butcher shop converted into one of the most emblematic places in the neighborhood, present in Lonely Planet, AD Guide, tripadvisor and in many other publications, LaLlarga will be an extraordinary place to be together during our class hours. In the old original marble bench we will prepare the appetizers, at the bar and the wooden stocks we will taste the water of Valencia, which we will make with fresh oranges and some local wines. In the middle of the place we will dedicate ourselves to her, the undisputed queen of Valencian gastronomy: Paella! Without stress and in an easy and intuitive way we will learn how to cut the ingredients, in what order to put them and how to dose everything well so that the magic is fulfilled. Once ready we will eat it together and we will get to know each other even more!

This tour is special because it is thought as a journey through time over more than 2000 years, taking as a reference the most emblematic buildings where key events in the history of the city took place. I will guide you so that you can discover the legacy left by the Romans, Moors and Christians. I will tell you the legends of relevant characters who lived in Valencia, such as the Borgia family, or King James I of Aragon (The Conqueror). We will start at the Serranos Towers, the main Medieval gate to access the walled city. We will continue to the Palace of the Borgias, one of the most powerful families in the 16th-17th centuries. Then, we will head to Queen Square and Virgen Square to admire the Cathedral, the Basilica and St. Catherina´s and St. Michael´s bell towers. We are going to do a fun ride most of all through the cycle paths of Valencia. We could visit the Garden of the Turia, the Royal Garden, The City of the Arts and the Sciences...
