A trailhead with parking is located 1/2 mile from the house, equi-distant between Routes 50 and 7 (known as one of the roller coaster parts of trail). It's a steady uphill walk on a country dirt road to the trail from the house. Lovely stream and waterfall less than a mile in to the north.
