Harbour Town is located inside Sea Pines. This beautiful harbor has gorgeous shops and restaurants. It's also fun to watch the yachts and sailboats and visit the light house for a bird's eye view.

Shelter Cove: This is another great place for shopping and restaurants. They also have free concerts during the week. My family loves to rent bikes here and bike to the Palmetto Dunes beach. HHI has great bike trails everywhere that are family friendly!
I love to walk around the harbor and watch the boats. You can also arrange for a kayak lesson, or rental here. If you like deep sea fishing, head to Shelter Cove and book yourself on one of the charter boats.

Hudsons is a famous restaurant located at the beginning (or end) of the island. Fresh seafood, family atmosphere, good prices for great food! We always go here on the way home to say goodbye to Hilton Head. It's right on the water, so your seafood is very fresh!

You can pay about $10.00 per car and go visit Sea Pines Plantation. Also, rent bikes and take a tour of the beautiful homes with bike paths all around. Make sure to eat lunch, or just grab a cocktail at the famous Salty Dog Restaurant located at the very end of Sea Pines. My family and I do this every year and it has been a tradition for over 30 years!

If you go to Hilton Head Island you simply must rent bikes. These bikes are the comfort bikes that are made for enjoyment! You can rent bikes for the day, or the week on HHI. There is a bike rental place near the Ocean Charm Villa.
My best advice is to rent bikes in different locations so you can see more of the island. To be able to ride your bike in Sea Pines you be better off renting bikes in Sea Pines near the Salty Dog restaurant. My family and I like to rent bikes in Palmetto Dunes across from the Hilton Hotel. We take a day to ride bikes around Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove. Biking is a fun way to see the island and there are bike paths almost everywhere!

Make sure to pick up some local magazines located all over!
My favorite local magazines are free all over the island. I especially love the "Pink Magazine". You should be able to find this specialty magazine for ladies in Piggly Wiggly Grocery Stores, Fresh Market, or Whole Foods. If you can't find one in either of these places go to the the Pink Magazine Business Office and they will give you several issues if you ask.

Very Important: Parking Pass for the Treetops Villa
Please note you will need this in order to get your parking pass to make sure your car is not towed. Please note that only two parking passes can be issued per rental. Please display this pass to prevent your car being towed.
Guests will need to pick up their parking pass at the IMC Resort Services, located at 2 Corpus Christi, Suite 302, HHI. The phone number is 1-843-785-4775 x100 (Go to the elevator / third floor / take right /. IMC will leave your parking pass in the box next to the door with your name on it. You can pick up these passes 24 hours a day / seven days a week.

Very Important: Noise Complaints: What you need to know:
Please note that there is a $500 fine for disrupting the community with noise. Residents are asked by the management to contact the police directly. If the police come to the villa and hear the noise they will issue a $500 fine that the guests are responsible for.
I want you to enjoy your vacation, but please note that the Treetops Community is a quiet and peaceful place. Please keep the noise down and please no parties! Thanks for your cooperation and understanding. By booking this reservation the guest is saying that they have read, understand, and follow the rules and regulations.

Hilton Head Island Cleaners
If for any reason the cleaning in the villa is not satisfactory please give me a call. We use Hilton Head Island Cleaners. The cleaners will leave you samples of shampoo, soap, coffee, dishwasher cleaner, and dish soap.

Important Information About Lock on Unit Door....
we are looking forward to hosting you soon! Please see my guide book for directions, check in, etc. Please use the GPS Coordinates for door to door directions. Also, I need to let you know that the Schlag smart lock is not working. I have a realtor lock on the doorknob and the code to get the keys is 1994. Please make sure the keys are returned to the lockbox upon departure as they are the only keys on the island. I will have to have a locksmith out if keys are lost. Let me know if you need anything..... have a safe trip!
