Food scene

We love to go sit down for a dessert or a sandwich here. I also HIGHLY recommend their pizzas to eat in or take to go! They also serve beer and have a fun and hip atmosphere.

I've never eaten here, but I've had guests who love it. Check to make sure they are open before heading that way!

Sightseeing

We may be biased ( we work here) but we also would highly recommend The Caverns if we didn't. It is such an amazing place and the acoustics are fantastic. If you can't make it for a concert, please stop by and check out their cave tours during the day!

shopping

Need some hiking shoes? Have a itch for shopping while in town? Check out Mountain Outfitters for some of the best clothing, shoes and outdoor equipment around. I personally like to go upstairs and check out their 50% off area ( once I scored a few half off Patagonia pull overs!)

This is our local grocery store. You have the option between this and the dollar general ( Sorry!). It is a nostalgic place and I highly recommend their meats or a t-shirt! If you are in the market for a big grocery order, I recommend hopping down the mountain to Winchester (Food City) or Kimball (Walmart).

Right across from the Annex Cafe in Tracy City is one of our favorite playgrounds for toddlers. It's hard to see from the road, but its all made of wood.

Consejos para la ciudad

Facilidad para moverse por la casa

Car dependent town, not a lot of taxis

If you need a taxi service, call Capt Dave ( he does a lot of shuttles to and from the cave)
Viajar con niños

Lots of kid friendly hikes as well as concerts!

You have plenty of choices of family friendly hikes around the area to go look at bugs or waterfalls with the kiddos. The Caverns also does tours that are kid friendly as well as most of their concerts!
