Kenwick Table (www.kenwicktable.com) is an amazing coffee/cocktail shop in Fenwick neighborhood. The coffee shop is a 3 to 5 minute walk from the property, and has some of the best coffee I've ever had.

Wilson's Grocery is just 2 blocks from our property, and is a great place to get your essentials if you don't want to go to the full grocery store. The sandwiches are great, and are almost enough for two meals!
