The only fully Organic market in London. Deeeeelicious veg (nothing like supermarkets). They have fish, meat & CAKES & CHOCOLATE too! Everything organic. Lovely friendly atmosphere & free tasters :)

My favourite local shop - a community shop and charity selling whole foods and organic produce and huge variety of herbs(biggest in london i think). Lots of yummy & healthy things here and lovely folk

An alternative to Food For All (Cazenove Road), bigger so more produce - most is organic and free range/ sustainable etc etc Bit pricey but nice (even to browse and try tasters :)

My favourite part of London. Good in any weather. Wander along the riverside and take in the sights and sounds, window-shop, eat aplenty, chill aplenty. Feels a bit like yr in a film wandering down it

I love this park. It is probably the closest to the flat, about 7 mins walk. Its on a hill and leads down to the River Lea which is stunning to walk along, & Hackney Marshes. There is a cafe too.
