Best of both world's you get the beach and a more relaxed vibe surrounded by Burleigh headland make your way up the headland for iconic views you might be lucky enough to spot whales from late may to early november and if that isn't enough try surfing Burleigh is renowned for some of the best breaks in the world and only an 8 minute drive from my place.

my place is only a 12 minute walk to the best shopping mall in australia too many things to say about this place as it is huge so just basically go there also can easily walk to the beach from pacific fair.

If your looking to party with some underground beats i definitely recommend elsewhere as it is a more local hangout to the more touristy clubs in surfers.

If your looking for a bar my favourite place would be the avenue it's usually packed out every night of the week so if your arriving from sunday to thursday this would be the bar you would want to check out you wont be disappointed.

This pub is only a 5 minute walk from my house and has poker machines, more than 10 LCD tv screens you can bet on various sports and watch them live, i personally go there because it is so close and i generally like the atmosphere go there on a wednesday night to play trivia many prices to be won.
