The Best !! owner goes here a lot when she feels a cream tea coming on. Lovely views. Dogs allowed. Nice garden. At the sign of the milk church, turn in left.

This is a locals secret. Can be a mucky hike down. Voted by the Sunday Times as the UK's number 1 secret beach - which means it isn't our secret anymore. Very close to the cottage (Dogs allowed).

Sweet little art and gift gallery also serves teas and light lunches. The church of St Bridget of Sweden is round the corner and worth a look. This is a rugged area likened to Brittany.

The artist Patrick Heron is buried here - he lived at Eagles Nest just up the road. Inside the church is a carved mermaid at the end of a pew. (with dark history to this).
