Famous for burgers and lobster! they have a really nice salad too (Smokin barrels salad with roasted veggies, hazelnuts and ricotta yummm :)

Hidden in the red light dictrict a very nice restaurant. Good food, good wines. Not very cheap also not expensive (15 eu main course).

My favourite thai. they have a snackbar and restaurant across the street. I prefer the snackbar and sit by the canals for dinner in the summer.

On the bike, go here for a lovely ride through all the old fishermans villages. Follow Durgerdam, Uitdam, Marken and back. OR for a little less workout follow Durgerdam, Ransdorp, Schellingwoude.
