A key transit hub in Vancouver. Two skytrain lines. Be downtown in 10 mins. Convention center 15 mins. Rogers arena is just two stops away. Train station and science world is one stop away. Also a major bus route. The 99 B line goes down Broadway all the way to UBC.

Parks & Nature
This is a great like lake and piece of nature in the city. Walking distance from the house. It has a great new playground outside the community center with sandpit. There’s a trail that goes around the lake easily walked in about 15 mins. A little beach forthe kids and a dog park on the other side. The farmers market is also here on saturdays in the spring and summer.

Trout Lake Beach
This is a great like lake and piece of nature in the city. Walking distance from the house. It has a great new playground outside the community center with sandpit. There’s a trail that goes around the lake easily walked in about 15 mins. A little beach forthe kids and a dog park on the other side. The farmers market is also here on saturdays in the spring and summer.

A newly built community center. It has an ice rink and a play gym on Everyday except Saturday for little kids 10am-12-pm for about $3. Ride on toys , tunnels, play mats age 6mo-4 years I believe. Contact the center to confirm before going. There also a great gym to workout and lots of classes on like yoga and Pilates available for drop in.
