i would advise that if one would like to do some serious shopping , it is done in the evening when the lights go on. so easy to miss a good store during the day. when the shopping is done, retreat to the opera house, sferisterio for an evening of relax.

sarnanno is on the doorstep to the sibillini national park where you can paraglide, hike, horse ride .ski, swim and the list goes on. the medieval town itself is of great interest with ample bars and restaurants for all taste.

the cathedral of loreto's sparkling edifice can be seen for miles. recently visited by the pope and point of pilgramige for many. worth a visit.
