Here’s our favorite food shops, close to home!
Our friends love the cheese they eat from this shop when they come home!
They have a large choice of ‘regular’ cheeses, and some original ones that you have to try.
For a nice cheese & wine, choose 4 or 5 cheeses between:
A non-hard goat or sheep cheese (on the left in the shop)
A hard cow cheese (Comté, Morbier, Abondance, Tomme de Savoie)
A creamy hard cow cheese (Brie de Meaux, Saint-Marcellin
A blue cheese (Fourme d’Ambert for a soft one, Roquefort for a strong one)
A hard goat or sheep cheese (Goat Tomme if you didn’t choose a cow Tomme)
An original one with truffle, herbs, or pepper (Brillat Savarin Truffé, you must try it!)
During winter, try a Raclette! We have the machine to make it, you can ask at the shop how much cheese and witch cheese to buy!

You really feel you enter into a wine cave just by the smelling.
Say to the wine seller you’re budget and if you buy this wine for a cheese diner, or just to have a drink, the seller will propose you a selection of wine.

We would say that 8-12€ is a correct premium, 12€-16€ is good and 16€-30€ is very good.
