On Monday nights, the kitchen is converted to turn out some of, if not the best, paella in town. Mark my words. There is no better meal to be had in Seattle on a Monday night. Reserve a rooftop seat to make the experience even more enjoyable. Or grab a seat at the bar.

One of my favorite settings to sit and sip, for an hour. Or two. It's a little difficult to find. Seek out Radiator Whiskey to make it easier on yourself. One of the better chocolate chip cookies in town.
