Co Loa Citadel is one of the most ancient citadel in Ha Noi, which was established from Au Lac Kingdom Era during 3rd century BC.
As the citadel is only 6km from our place, you can arrange your own cycling tour to the site and give you a chance to witness farming activities around the rural areas.

Neighborhoods
At day, besides Co Loa Citadel, I want to recommend you to take a bike trip to river dyke in Ngoc Thuy or Gia Thuong road, which will take 6-7km more, but biking there will give you a very refreshing feelings, especially in the afternoon of this summer. (You can also travel by Bus: Bus 46: to Co Loa Citadel; Bus 15, 17, 43, 59: to Cau Duong, near river dyke).

Food scene
At night, the site I want to recommend for you is Ho Tay or West Lake area, this place is very popular for foreigners in Ha Noi, with many bar, pub, or western restaurant. Near this site, there is a famous flower market, Quang An Market, that is very active from night to early morning. (You can ride motorbike (or book ride-hailing) to go there by crossing Nhat Tan bridge and take the first exit on the right side, it will take you about 15 minutes).

West Lake
