The Belgrade Theatre is just over the road and offers a wide range of performances. There is also a nice cafe located on the ground floor.
I would recommend the ruins for any age. Little children can enjoy exploring whilst older visitors can enjoy the history.

This is a great day out for any age. The hotel is separate to the grounds. There are some lovely walks, children’s play areas and Go Ape. You need to pay for the car park but the grounds are free to access. Children can feed the ducks. There is a cafe located in the building near the car park.
