One of my favorite breakfast places, just a good old fashioned one with large servings. They have great bloody Mary's and mimosas, too. Outside seating is available. Directly across is a beautiful park along the Columbia River.

Next to Howard Amon, so beautiful viewing, especially sitting outside. Salads are excellent, and you'll have several to choose from. My favorite is Spinach with avocado. Soups are very good, and you can try them all with the salad bar. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's a large restaurant with plenty of seating. It's good, but it's not, necessarily, quiet.

The fish is fresh and abundant! The views are some of the best. I've always found the waiters to be exceptional. Week day nights you'll find the best deals. They have a happy hour and Sunset dinners that are tasty, value conscious.

Tri-cities has three farmers markets; Pasco is my favorite, as great, fresh selections with a couple authentic Mexican stands. Also, so much easier to access with parking close. Richland and Kennewick both have farmers market, also very good finding many local, fresh options.

This is a must do when you're in the Tri-Cities area. I am so glad we went here it was one of the highlights of our trip while we were in town visiting the different wineries. We had nine people in our party and every single person absolutely thought it was the best meal ever. Try The prime rib dip it is simply mouthwatering delicious. Service was great and the speed for such a large party was very good. We enjoyed the outdoor seating in the back. Next time we are in the Tri-Cities we will definitely come back and recommend this to everyone we know

My favorite Starbuck's, just a bit tucked away. Certainly, less busy and easy drive thru, than many. Just off George Washington Way, as enter Highway junction to Kennewick and Pasco.

The original arch at the entrance to the park was the first thing in the city when it was incorporated in 1912, but has since been replaced. All of the artifacts that used to reside in the lobby of LHO's small visitor reception building are now housed in LExC, including the historic Weber Bar (one of the earliest devices designed to detect gravitational waves) and a full-scale engineering model of LIGO's quad suspension, a remarkable feat of engineering critical to LIGO's success. You will also get an extraordinary view of the interferometer's 4km-long arms reaching into the Eastern Washington shrub steppe, get up close to a sample of the beam tube and its concrete enclosure, and visit the interferometer's control room where you will learn more about LIGO directly from the people who maintain and operate the world's most sensitive measuring device. Questions enthusiastically welcome!
