Navarre beach has fee parking with restrooms and restaurants. It also has a man made reef that you can snorkel to from the land, no need to rent a boat , The Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary (NBMS) and Artificial Reefs consists of 3 separate reef areas off the shores of Navarre Beach Marine Park. Two sites are in Santa Rosa Sound with 105 reef trees and one is in the Gulf of Mexico with 78 trees for a total of 183 individual reef trees placed at the 3 sites. Each tree consist of 3 or 4 branches (discs) to provide more reef surface area.

You can also grab lunch or dessert in the authentic Cubi Point Officers` Club that was a stop for many Navy and Marine Corps squadrons, ships and units on the their way to the Western Pacific.

The Refuge also is the lead response team for the Federal Marine Mammal Stranding Network assisting with all marine-mammal strandings from mid-Walton County to the Alabama state line.
