I LOVE this spot ! They have a menu filled with whole food based ingredients, yummy smoothies, açaí bowls and more. I highly recommend, and it’s just a short walk from my place. :)

The Factory has a wide range of stores to visit, from coffee to restaurants to clothing stores and local shops. It’s fun to check out and walk around!

Sightseeing
If you’re looking for a good place to hike that’s close to Franklin and Nashville, this is it! It’s one of my favorite places to go and enjoy the lovely woods and trails. There are a few different paths you can take, with short hikes and longer ones. Make sure and pack some water!
If you would like a less crowded spot, Edwin Warner is close by and has a wonderful trail as well!

Heading into downtown Nashville
If you’re wanting to head into the city, it’s just a quick 20-30 minute depending on traffic. If you’re not wanting to drive, I recommend grabbing a Lyft or Uber. Make sure and schedule your ride, as there aren’t always a ton of drivers in the Franklin area.
