Sequim hosts an annual lavender festival the 3rd weekend of July, attended by people from all over the world. The farms are open throughout the summer and many enjoy visiting and picking their own lavender! During Lavender Weekend there is a street fair with live music and vendors at Carrie Blake Park. There is even a bicyle "Tour de Lavender" event you can participate in.
