Beautiful spot with a beach-only accessible at low tide- make sure to look at the charts online and be there an hour before low tide is reached. Nice for a short hike (about 1-2 hours loop depending how many pictures and rest you take ;)or just a picnic on the beach.

Where to get liquor close by
You don’t have to go all the way back to Halifax to get alcohol. Both Prospect foods and the Whale’s back offer a modest selection of ciders, wine, beer and liquors. Prospect foods is situated at 356 Prospect Bay road. Whale’s back is at 8291 Peggy’s cove road. Make sure to look up their hours of operation online before going.
