$10 for a snapper card purchased at most diaries, however most buses accept cash.
The no.24 goes from and will drop you off 100 metres from the house on Maupuia Road, just to the left on the intersection with Aranui Street. At the bottom of the hill on the other side of the road is a bus stop, the no.2 is a more frequent service.
Both services will take you in to town traveling along Courtney Place then Lambton Quay. The bus takes about 25 minutes.
