Hikes
Beautiful hike! Definitely some steep parts and many steps but worth the views of the waterfall!
Please be super careful and do not go outside the designated trail. There is a clear algae on the rocks and people have fallen before.

Cute atmosphere especially in warmer months. They usually have a food truck and sometimes have live music!

Lots of local fruits, veggies, preserves, wines, and plants! Very cute local and definitely perfect for getting some little foods to take home or try! Also they have Homestead Creamery ice cream - which if you haven't had it you should definitely try!

Beautiful Swinging Bridge on the AT
There is a beautiful swinging bridge on the AT where it crosses 56 on the right-hand side facing west. You can hike the AT around that area or just bring some beers and sit down near the river and watch the kayaks go by!

Local Orchards and Pumpkin Patches
In the summer and fall, there are several local orchards and farms that are very beautiful and allow for pick-your-own apples and other fruits/veggies. Would definitely recommend keeping your eyes open and pulling over if something calls to you! They all have their own charm!
I love Saunders Brothers - but they do not allow pick your own.
