Preachers is the other recommended BBQ place. It's a bit further than Delauder's but you won't be disappointed. Check for hours as often it's only open on weekends. Great place to sit out on a nice day.

The place gets busy and if it gets too busy, they simply won't answer their phone but as far as pizza take-out, we vote this as our favorite in the area.

Do you want to hang with the locals and get a great burger. head over to BEC's. There's nothing fancy, but Bec is a great host, they make a great burger and it's just a friendly neighborhood place to hang out.

Three Jimmy's is a nice burger joint with a good selections of tap beers. They have a nice outdoor seating area and are located right off the park way.

You want to know where the locals will tell you the best place to go is. It's Local Goat. Located in the thick of things in Pigeon Forge, this new American fare is the place to eat. Reservations help or expect a long wait during busy time.

If you're looking for an easy walk on paved trails and want to visit waterfalls, Cararact Falls is the easiest trail. It's close to the Sugarlands Visitor Center so there is generally parking available and can include visits and talks given by the resident rangers.
