Situated on the Delaware Bay and at the northern end of the Delaware beaches, Lewes' historic charm, location along Rt 1, walkability, and calm beach on the bay make it an attractive destination for families as well as those looking for a mix of relaxation and outdoor fun!

Tennis and Pickleball: Tennis and pickle ball courts are just steps out the front door. They are first come first serve.
Please remember to be respectful if there are other guests and residents waiting for a court to play.

Walking and Biking Trails: Pick up the 8 mile long Lewes Georgetown trail for a bike ride, walk, or jog right here from Five Points. The trailhead is directly next to the cement factory.
A shorter walking and biking trail circles the Five Points neighborhood. You can pick it up by walking through the condo parking lot and across the field to the trail. Turn left to stay on the trail before the cement factory.
