There's no Google Maps listing for the river valley, so "River Valley Road" will have to suffice. The river valley is the pride of Edmonton! It's the largest stretch of urban parkland in North America. Lots of hiking/biking/running trails with beautiful views of downtown and the river.

The best way to see Edmonton's river valley and downtown is from a 100-year old streetcar, 157 ft above the river! Great way to spend an afternoon with the family. You can catch the streetcar from the Whyte Ave area, take the streetcar across the river, check out the Legislature grounds, then take the streetcar back across the river. Feel free to ask for more specific directions if you'd like to check this out!

ETS routes 60 and 61 both go through our neighborhood and will take you to this transit Centre. From there, you can catch connections to Downtown, Whyte Ave, West Edmonton Mall, and Southgate Mall.
