Estimate 20-30 minute leisurely walk - great before grabbing lunch or dinner on Bailey. (Park on the little winding road and look for signs to enter the path).

Walk along the cliffs, visit the lighthouse, hang for a bit and dip your toes (or more) in the ocean at the little beach cove. Look for lobster roll food & gelato trucks (select days/months).

Make a day of it and stop in Wiscasset on the way up for lobster rolls at Reds (famous) or Spragues (shorter lines, just as delicious).
Rockland has great shops on Main street, plus the Farnsworth Museum and Lighthouse Museum.
