The grill is constantly on fire with incredibly delicious Jerk Chicken, Pork and even Fish always just an order away. Scrumptious sides include Yam, Sweat Potato, Rice and Peas, Corn, Bammy, Breadfruit and Jamaican ‘festival’ fried dumplings even soup can be had, by the cup, and it’s also scrumptious. It's an open air setting but under roof, the décor is rustic. I recommend asking the server for really moist pieces of chicken.

This massive restaurant has a fantastic ambience and is ideal for large groups. The service can be slow on occasion. However, they serve great Italian food, they also have delicious soups, tasty lasagna, steamed fish, yummy cheesecake.

There is a good selection of local foods, fruits and vegetables. Alongside a wide range of international food, wine, liquor, cheeses, sliced meats, pastries and breads. Devon House ice cream is there also. There's a wide range of goods which can be given as gifts or taken home for yourself, such as local liquor, rum cakes, Blue Mountain coffee, local condiments and preserves.

If you have had patties from resellers then it's not the same experience. A patty coming out of a warmer is subpar to a freshly baked patty coming out of the oven. I recommend that you try a beef patty with coco bread.

There are few places where the Arawak name "Xayamaca" - land of rivers and springs - is more apt. The Spaniards called the area "Las Chorreras" - the waterfalls or springs - and it is truly one of the most beautiful spots on the island. A stone's throw from Ocho Rios, one of Jamaica's fastest growing resort centres, Dunn's River Falls is unique. Described as a living and growing phenomenon, it continuously regenerates itself from deposits of travertine rock, the result of precipitation of calcium carbonate from the river, as it flows over the falls. The small dome-shaped cataracts are usually associated with thermal spring activity found in limestone caves. This, combined with its location near to the sea, gives Dunn's River the distinction of being the only one of its kind in the Caribbean, if not the world.

This marvel is only found in four (4) places in the world, however, this lagoon is the brightest of them all due to more consistent climate. Here, the fresh water from the Martha Brae River meets the salt-water sea and this amazing creation is formed. The water is filled with phosphorous which allows it to illuminate so brilliantly when disturbed. The glow is formed from small microorganisms that emit a flash of light when touched. The microscopic organisms live and create a natural phenomenon, known as bioluminescence. Jamaica’s luminous lagoon being the brightest of them all amazes scientists and visitors worldwide. The lagoon is the best place to see the microscopic organisms called dinoflagellates. The lagoon is home to millions of these organisms that thrive where the salt water meets the fresh water. Try to dip your hand or foot in the water. You will see the water light up around you. You will even see fish swim around and blue light surround them. Once the boat is far out enough, you will be given the option to swim. It is remarkable to see people in the water light up. If you choose to swim, once you get out of the water you will see your swimsuit and body light up as you move around. The water is not very deep, only about 3 or 4 feet and life jackets are available for those who need them.
