Arts & Culture
The self-proclaimed “Republic” of Užupis is Vilnius’ Bohemian and artistic district. It has its own anthem, constitution, president, bishop, two churches, the Bernadine Cemetery – one of the oldest in the city -, seven bridges, and its own guardian called The Bronze Angel of Užupis, who was put in the centre of the district in 2002. There's very beautiful river here and swings under the bridge that you can reach only by water. Also, you can see a lot of unexpected art and art instalations when walking around.

Getting Around
Go to this bus stop if you like to reach Akropolis or Ozas shopping malls. Go with bus number 73 or 3G to "Šeškinė" bus stop (the bridge is in front of it) and then go up the stairs and straight to Akropolis.
