The Naighborhood is a Lower Working Class naighborhood made up of 50% White, 30% Hispanic, & 20% African American.
On West Washington street (ESPECIALLY the Further WEST you go) you will occasionally see street beggars. The roads begin to have a little more wear and tear. Some Houses begin to look Rougher.
The further EAST you go (Downtown) The prettier it gets!👌

Our Street
Its Safe, Its Quiet. Does look a little rough, but that's the way Indiana is. It's just weird like that. One street could be rough, the next can have houses ranging from $300k up to $700k.
Indianapolis is going through a serios makeover, there is construction EVERYWHERE. Including our street. They just tore down 3 homes right next to each other and they are going to build bigger more expensive projects. Thats Very Exciting News!!
Also the naighbor across from us is the coolest guy ever. Red House. his cat says Hi to ALL our Guests👌
