Neighborhoods
Although the apartment is based in the city centre, it sits slightly on the outskirts to where all the busy bars and restaurants and is amazingly quiet.
The harbour is a 2 minute walk where you will find the local marina and stunning walks.
The national museum Te Papa is right across the road from the apartment building.

Definitely a must do during your visit. If you are here for a few days, this is a great rainy day option. The cost is a 'gold coin donation', they do have special exhibits on and these may cost extra. This is a full days visit and there is something for everyone!

Travelling by Ferry
Bluebridge - this is about a 15 min walk to the apartment
Interislander - advise to take a taxi - 10 mins drive
Airport
Airport - 20 mins from the city centre, you can either taxi or catch a shuttle bus to Courtenay Place (5 mins walk to apartment).
Buses
Many of the local buses go through Courtenay Place otherwise, you can walk to the local bus station - 20 mins walk.
Train Station
The train station is about a 20 mins walk, if taking luggage we would recommend getting a taxi.
Taxi's
There are a number of taxi services, Uber, Zoomy, Ola (all these have online apps) and Wellington Combined Taxi's and Corporate Cabs.
