This is the quintessential dive restaurant. You won't fine any frills here. If you're in anything other than jeans you're going to feel overdressed. But be prepared! They have the BEST pulled pork and macaroni and cheese.

Great breakfasts here and just across Highway 44 off Eagle Rd. After breakfast walk down the Greenbelt Trail that borders the Boise River. You can even go down and throw rocks in the river.

Quaint bar for a drink while watching sports. I'd proceed with caution on the food - I didn't really care for either their dinner salad or Angle hair pasta. Their margarita wasn't good either, but their house wine was fine -- and the ambiance was more "Cheers" like which was just what I was looking for to hang by myself.

Quinn's Pond has an amazing water park located ON the Boise River where kayak'ers and surfers get to train on a man-made rapid. The flow of water is changed every other day to accommodate the best flow for surfers -- or kayakers. It's an amazing thing to watch as these water lovers train.
In the summer Quinn's Pond rents kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and canoes. It also has a nice beach to hang while your kids play.
