Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

Das echte Seehäusl liegt direkt am See, mit eigenem Steg und Uferstreifen. Buchungen oder Anfragen mit Kindern unter 12 Jahren kann ich nicht annehmen. Das 55 qm grosse 2 Zimmerappartment liegt im 2. Stock unter dem Dach, mit eigenem Bad, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kabel TV und Balkon. Geschirr und Besteck ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Küche und Esszimmer im Erdgeschoss sind mein privater Bereich.
