Ruby's Cottage is located 5 miles from Anacoco, La on Lake Vernon. Lake Vernon offers excellent fishing and boating. Guests have access to a large fishing dock with a gazebo and a kayak dock. A public boat launch is located 500 feet from Ruby's Cottage. A private patio with a gas BBQ is provided. A queen size bed, 2 adult bunk beds, a washer & dryer are provided. The kitchen has a 4 burner stove, microwave, and dish washer. A TV with Dish network and free Wi-Fi is provided.

Master w/ king bed and walk-in shower ensuite. Other bedrooms: one w/ queen bed and one w/ 2 twins. Open living room has plenty of room to cook, eat and relax. Adjoining the property is an enclosed sunroom w/ deck for grilling and taking in sunsets and lake. The yard has an enclosed area for pets.

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.
