Mountain View Studio

This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

The loft features a kitchenette, a beautiful stone fireplace and a big, comfy reclining couch. Visit Bridgton this summer walking distance highland lake, shops, and restaurants. Just minutes from Pleasant Mountain for hiking, skiing, 30 minutes from North Conway, and an hour from Portland a perfect central location to relax after exploring.

A short walk to a true New England Main Street where you can grab an ice cream, glass of wine or get a relaxing massage. 3.5 miles to a beautiful beach, 2 miles to the movie theater, 1 mile to the Eastern Trail. 20 minutes to Portland by car and Boston is also just a short train ride away. Sleep in on comfy beds and then wake up to fresh coffee in your private suite before heading out to take in all that Southern Maine has to offer!

A nautical look and feel is what this coastal home away from home offers. A detached from the main house in-law apartment is the perfect get away. Located directly on the water, on an estuary called Spinney Creek, part of the Piscataqua River. Bring your kayak, fishing rod, or sit back enjoy a cold beverage and watch the sunsets by the fire pit. Best water views ever. It is 1.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth, NH and less then 1 mile to the beautiful rejuvenated downtown Kittery.

Steep Falls Escape, river & falls just steps away

Bright and pleasant 1 bedroom apt with separate entrance, gas fireplace, enclosed porch and large kitchen. Spacious yard to enjoy with pool, fire pit, grill and outdoor seating. Steep Falls is a rural village. Our home is a 5 min walk to the Saco River a favorite destination for canoeing, kayaking or tube floating (after the spring run off!) It is just a 10 min drive to the boat launch for Sebago Lake, one of Maine's largest and most beautiful bodies of water.

Private suite , new construction

This is a newer suite . It has a private entrance. Your area includes a private bath, bedroom and a living room, (with a futon) . There is a kitchenette, It will be equipped with a small refrigerator and coffee maker , toaster, microwave and induction hot plate. There is a grill outside. There is a great (enclosed) outside shower. There are bikes and beach chairs. There is a futon in the living room that converts to a queen bed. I supply linens for this.

Old Orchard Beach Guest Suite

OOB Guest Suite is a remodeled space just 1 block from the downtown area. Walk to restaurants, shops, beach, arcade and amusement park. Free parking. Free wifi/Smart TV. Outdoor space with small deck with bistro table/chairs, new patio with picnic table and grill. Enjoy all that Old Orchard Beach has to offer! Summer reservations from June 29, 2024 through August 24, 2024, are required to be 7 nights, beginning and ending on Saturday.

CloverCroft, a 200+/- year old farmhouse, is located in the rich farmland of the Saco River Valley at the foot of the White Mountains. We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.) COME ENJOY PRIVACY AND THE GREAT OUTDOORS. There are many summer and winter activities very close by and we look forward to hosting you.

Fore River Suite

A rich and restful oasis for one or two traveling through or with Portland as destination. Our second story suite features views of a waterfall and the tidal river on Casco Bay. Unwind with a glass of wine and sketchbook or simply enjoy the birdlife while planning your stay in Maine. *Returning guests: this is the same suite you know and love, just reconfigured and updated for maximum enjoyment!*

This private space has unmatched water views, a hot tub overlooking the ocean and its own entrance. We are a short drive to downtown Portland, in a quiet neighborhood that's walkable to the beach and several restaurants. It's the best of all possible worlds!
