Man hat eine gigantische Aussicht in die Ruinaulta, den Flimserstein, Calanda und viele verschiedene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ganz speziell im Chalet Balu ist die Wohlfühloase mit Sauna. Unser Ferienhaus "Althus" steht im Safiental im Weiler Gün und ist ein typisches Walsehaus auf 1600m.ü.M. Es wurde 1701 erbaut und 1995 mit dem Denkmalschutz sanft, praktisch und einfach umgebaut. Hier kannst du dich wunderbar inmitten der Natur erholen. Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst Wanderungen im ganzen Safiental, Besuch auf unserem Landwirtschaftsbetrieb, beobachten von Wildtiere,Farben der Wildwiesen... Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
