Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . Ich bin Markus und wohne mit meiner Frau in einem wunderschönen Vierkanthof aus dem 16. Jhdt. mit 4.000m² Wiese & Wald. Wir möchten auch euch die Möglichkeit geben, hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit Familie und/oder Freunden zu verbringen. In mehrjähriger und sehr aufwändiger Sanierung wurde der Hof komplett erneuert. Es entstanden vier Wohneinheiten. Im Ostflügel wohnen wir, im Südteil befindet sich eine weitere Wohnung und im südwestlichen Teil entstanden 2 Chalets.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
