This single level home will sleep up to 6 and is updated with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage is centrally located in beautiful Hot Springs Village. Lakes, golf courses, walking trails and scenic views offer something for everyone.

Blue Heron Tiny House

Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! Perfect for a short term visit and fully equipped for a longer stay- enjoy a full kitchen, washer/ dryer, fire pit, outdoor dining & a private driveway that leads straight to your door.

Fast WiFi, pet friendly. Close to great restaurants, brewery tap rooms, shopping, parks and the interstate. This second floor unit of a duplex has a fully fenced courtyard (common space for both units) with propane grill, and fire pit. A small grass area for pets to do their business. (Please pick up daily) upstairs balcony is private for upstairs unit. Super effective and quiet AC/heat. TV's have Roku service. No Smoking/Vaping inside.

The Cabin -Unit C @ Ravine Retreat-Walk to trails!

500 square foot Cabin, that feels secluded but is in an old neighborhood right off the main road that takes you downtown & shares the property with a separate rentable house and apartment (100 feet from the Cabin). Parking is limited and shared with other guests. Very narrow spiral staircase (2 feet). 200lb weight limit on hammock chairs. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially in the winter months. No Locals.

Vennie's Garden Cottage

Our cottage is light and airy and has a beautiful wooded setting. It is located near our family garden and is not part of a subdivision. It is situated next to our antique barn and is on land that has been in our family for generations. You will have self check in and will enjoy coffee, and tea. As your hosts, we are just across the street and down the road if you need us for anything.

The Layover

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.
