One bedroom is on main floor. Lots of space to spread out. Relocating families find this a perfect transition spot.

Close to downtown Vancouver, Ampitheater, Casino, hospitals & WSU. 25 min from PDX, so it makes a nice home base. Dogs allowed but never leave alone. Not safe for children under 12 due to breakables and appliance rack & table not secure.

A lot of restaurants and activities are now in North Portland, which is even closer. Vancouver downtown is just 5 min away. Easy access from hwy14, but somewhat noisy.
