Studio on a cliff with a spectacular view facing the Atlantic Ocean. It has a queen size bed, side table, nook, futon (convertible to a twin size bed), kitchenette (electric coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator, cabinets) AC, smart TV internet, balcony and private bathroom. On the top of the studio we have a pool with jacuzzi, balcony in front of the pool facing the ocean and gazebo. Lots of natural sorroundings, beaches and the sound of the ocean. Pets are not allowed. None smoking.

Located on Steps Beach in the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, home to the beautiful sunsets. The house has 1,000 gallons of reserve water in cisterns in case of a water outage and Solar Panels with Tesla batteries for backup power. Starlink satellite internet for uninterrupted service.
