Enjoy a stay steeped in history in a renovated 100-year-old Faroese warehouse on the water’s edge in the local habour. Fully renovated in 2019, LPH features all modern amenities while preserving the traditional features of the house with original exposed beams, neutral tones and oak wooden flooring. Lundi Cottage is one of the Múlafossur Cottages located by the world-renown waterfall in the village Gásadalur on the Faroe Islands. It is only a 10-20min drive from the only airport on the islands, shops and cafes as well as some of the most astounding Faroese sceneries such as Drangarnir, Tindhólmur and the lake Sørvágsvatn/Leitisvatn. My traditional Faroese house is located on the southern island, Sudoroy, surrounded by breathtaking nature with public transportation right by the door. The 2 hour ferry trip to the island, return ticket about 11 euro and 37 euro with car, is beautiful. Newly renovated house decorated stylish and simple with danish designs.
