By car you will be half way between Santa Cruz and Carmel by the Sea for shopping, dining or entertainment with many beaches to visit in between.

You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only). It is a room with it's own entrance at the back of our house. Hot tub, sauna, fire pit, BBQ, organic garden. 15 min walk to beach thru an open meadow, secluded yet close to everything.

This small efficiency of about 200 sqft (< 20 sq. meters) is fully furnished, has a separate entrance and a little deck patio. It consists of a kitchenette, a large closet, a living/sleeping area with a day bed (twin-size) - suitable for ONE PERSON ONLY - and a bathroom incl. a shower, sink, commode and ample cupboard space.
