Just one flight up then you enter a hardwood floor foyer, opens to a huge living room with upscale decor, large eat in kitchen stainless steel appliance, country table has seating for 4, tile floor, gas range, and lots of cabinet space, with views of Revere Beach and ocean, giant bathroom complete with tiled shower and stackable laundry (Washer and Dryer) and huge bedroom with closet.

Marblehead Tiny House

This new 360 square foot tiny house sleeps four comfortably. A mile from old town, down town, and just steps from Salem Harbor for breathtaking sunsets. The house is located in private, wooded back yard of our home. Kitchen is outfitted with small refrigerator, instant pot, air fryer, hot plate with pots and pans, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle, as well as glasses, plates, flatware, etc for eating in. Kitchen table and chairs comfortably seats four.

The product of a complete gut renovation in 2020. The unit is 300 yards to Fisherman's Beach at the bottom of the street. The apartment is the 1st floor of a two family home (our family lives upstairs). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pro kitchen, open living/dining area. The driveway can fit 2 cars (tight).
